Common questions

  • Why is there no price on the site?

    The same two-sentence brief means completely different scopes at two different companies. A figure given before the scope is seen misleads either you or us. Once the scope is agreed, a fixed-price written offer arrives within 48 hours.

  • How long does delivery take?

    A corporate website takes one week, a web application 4–8 weeks, a mobile app 6–12 weeks. For custom software the duration is set together with the scope document. The date is written into the offer; it is not an estimate.

  • Do I own the source code?

    Yes. At handover the full source code, the database schema and the setup documentation are transferred to you. The server, the domain and the store accounts stay in your name.

  • What happens after handover?

    Bug fixes are free for one month after handover. Beyond that there is a monthly care package; if you would rather not take it, the system keeps running on your side. We do not build dependency.

  • Do you take over an unfinished project?

    We do. First the existing code is reviewed and a written report says what can be kept and what has to be rewritten. That review is priced as its own piece of work and credited against the project if you continue.

  • Where are you based, can we meet in person?

    The studio is in Izmir. We work remotely across Türkiye, and in and around Izmir we meet in person by appointment.
