Common questions

• Why is there no price on the site?

  The same two-sentence brief means very different products for two different brands. The figure is set by the scope of the product and the value it creates, not by hours spent. Once the scope is agreed, a fixed-price written offer arrives within 48 hours.

• Do you take on every project?

  No. We work with a few partners at a time, and in the first conversation we look together at whether we are a good fit. If we are not, we say so plainly.

• How long does delivery take?

  The duration is set together with the scope and written into the offer; it is not an estimate. Web applications usually take 4–8 weeks, mobile apps 6–12 weeks.

• Do I own the source code?

  Yes. At handover the full source code, the database schema and the setup documentation are transferred to you. The server, the domain and the store accounts stay in your name.

• What happens after handover?

  Bug fixes are free for one month after handover. If you want, the relationship continues with care, new features and new products; if not, the system keeps running on your side. We do not build dependency.

• Do you take over an unfinished project?

  We do. First the existing code is reviewed and a written report says what can be kept and what has to be rewritten. That review is priced as its own piece of work and credited against the project if you continue.

• Where are you based, can we meet in person?

  The studio is in Izmir. We work remotely across Türkiye, and in and around Izmir we meet in person by appointment.
