1. Who runs this

Morkip is NOT a legal entity; it is not a trade name or company name but the name of the work carried out by Hüseyin İriş. The site and the projects are run by Hüseyin İriş as a natural person.

2. Information here is not a binding offer

Scope, timing and price shown on these pages are for information. They do not constitute a binding offer and do not by themselves form a contract.

A contract is formed only when a written quote is accepted by both sides. Seeing a figure on the site does not mean work will be done at that figure.

3. Price and campaigns

A published starting price applies to the package with fixed scope. When the scope changes, the price changes.

Time-limited campaigns are valid until the end date stated on the page. Prices and campaigns may change without notice; a change does not affect work for which a written quote was already given.

Unless stated otherwise, a written quote is valid for 15 days from its date.

4. Scope and delivery time

The delivery period starts once ALL content, images, text, domain and account access required to begin have been provided by you.

Delays in providing these, delays in feedback, or new requests outside the agreed scope postpone the delivery date accordingly, and no liability for delay arises in that case.

Requests outside the scope count as additional work and are priced separately; nothing is done or charged without your approval.

5. Payment and documentation

Payment terms, amount, instalments and documentation are set out in the written quote for each project and agreed in writing before work begins.

No orders or payments are taken directly through the site.

6. Warranty and fixes

For 1 month after delivery, fixing a function that is within the written scope and does not work is free of charge.

NOT covered: new feature requests, design changes, content updates, problems caused by third-party services (hosting, domain, e-mail provider, browser or operating system updates), and faults caused by changes made to the code by others after delivery.

Support after that period is subject to a separate maintenance agreement.

7. Intellectual property

Once the full fee is paid, the rights to use the source code, database structure and setup documentation written for that project pass to you.

General-purpose tools, libraries, reusable components and accumulated know-how are not transferred exclusively and continue to be used in other projects.

The text, images and design of this site belong to Morkip and may not be copied without permission.

8. Content you provide

You are deemed to declare that the text, images, logos, video and data you provide belong to you or that you hold the necessary permissions.

Responsibility for copyright, trade marks, personality rights and legal compliance of that content rests with you. In claims by third parties, liability lies with the party who provided the content.

9. Third-party services

Domain, hosting, e-mail, maps, app stores and similar services are subject to the third parties' own agreements and prices.

No liability is accepted for outages, price changes, rule changes or discontinuation of those services.

10. Limitation of liability

Site content is provided as is; it is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, revenue, data, business interruption or reputation.

In any event total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the project concerned.

These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. Use as a reference

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, delivered work may be shown as a reference: the project name, sector, delivery year and a screenshot of its public appearance may be published. Confidential business information, customer data and admin panel content are never shared.

If you prefer not to be shown, a single e-mail is enough and the record is removed from the site.

12. Force majeure

In events beyond the parties' control — natural disaster, fire, epidemic, general strike, war, cyber attack, infrastructure or power outage, decisions of public authorities — the periods are suspended until the obstacle ends.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Turkish law applies to these terms and to the relationship arising from them. The courts and enforcement offices of Izmir have jurisdiction.

If you act as a consumer, the remedies and competent authorities granted to you by law are reserved.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published as of the date at the top of the page. A contract already formed remains subject to the text in force on its date.
