1. Who runs this site

The site is run by Hüseyin İriş as a natural person; Morkip is the name of that work, not a legal entity. Contact: huseyiniriss@gmail.com · +90 553 070 88 40 · Izmir.

2. What is collected

If you use the contact form: your name, e-mail and message, used only to reply to you.

If you write by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail: the contact details that channel carries and what you write.

Server access logs: IP address, request time, browser information — for security and error tracking.

3. What is NOT collected

There is no Google Analytics, Meta pixel or equivalent behavioural tracker on this site. How long you stay on a page and where you click are not recorded.

No profiling, no behavioural advertising, no data sold.

No payment is taken through the site; card details are never entered here.

The one exception is advertising measurement: the Google Ads tag counts visits arriving from an ad and clicks on the WhatsApp or phone link. Every cookie it writes is listed by name and lifetime in the cookie policy.

4. Where it is kept

The site runs on a hosting provider's server located outside Türkiye. Messages from the form are delivered as e-mail and stored in the mailbox.

Traffic is encrypted end to end over HTTPS; the site instructs browsers via HSTS to connect only over a secure connection.

5. For how long

Contact records: at most 2 years after the request is closed; if a contract was formed, for the statutory period.

Server logs are short-lived and deleted regularly.

6. Your rights

To access, correct or delete your data, write to huseyiniriss@gmail.com. Details are in the data protection notice.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. It is never altered retroactively in silence.
